Safety and reporting
A few habits for chatting with peace of mind.
Protect yourself
- Never share your full name, address, phone number, school or workplace.
- Be wary of anyone asking for money, photos, or to move the conversation elsewhere.
- Never meet someone from a chat in person without telling an adult you trust.
- Nobody from the team will ever ask for a password or a payment.
If someone bothers you
- 🆘 Not OK? (top of every salon): instant advice, blocks people everywhere even if they change nickname, and alerts the team.
- Ignore hides their messages for you.
- Report sends the message to the moderation team.
- You can always leave the salon or open a private one.
